Though no one company can be everything for everyone, we are confidant that we can facilitate our clients in finding that specific expertise that is not provided through our organization. The following is a list of consulting services we can provide to our clients:

• Employee Benefit Coordination & Negotiation. Our team is specially equipped to negotiate and address the needs of both the employee group and employer. We have been successful in working through impasses, creating mutually agreed-on employee benefit & disciplinary plans, and the development of open communication channels between employer & employee/group.
• First Aid/CPR/AED Training. With the recommendation of OSHA, and overall concern with employee safety - more employers are providing worksite first aid training. These services are conducted by licensed firefighter/paramedics that are approved through the American Heart Association. They are also licensed & bonded. We at FireLife are equally impassioned with this training, and usually absorb the cost of these services to: ensure a safer work environment, minimize the extent of the injury should a worksite accident occur, and to bring value to our relationship with the employees and employer.
• Pre-fire Occupancy Checks. Because we are firefighter owned and operated, we can facilitate our employer clients with pre-fire inspection checks, make recommendations for first aid stations, and facilitate with disaster and/or evacuation planning. Once again, we provide these services complimentary to ensure optimal worksite safety. Please note, we will not serve in any official fire department capacity with these services.
• Medical Direction. We at FireLife have access to board approved Emergency Physicians who have experience in the development of prehospital/out-of-hospital treatment protocols, Quality Assurance (QA) review, and risk management techniques to minimize the occurrence of either medical mistreatment and/or injury through hazardous occurrences. These top notch professionals can be included as part of our service, and at no cost, depending on the employee group size (500 or more) or independently from our company (employer paid).
• Business Leader Seminars. This service is coordinated through a well known executive trainer. The topics are diverse, but include the following: team building skills, enhanced interpersonal techniques, executive leadership topics, etc. This service may either be covered as part of our valued partnership program.
